Hi, I'm Tola. I notice what's going on, so you can take it one small step at a time.
Printable PDF workbooks for working on yourself, written by a psychotherapist. Work through them at your own pace, on paper or on a tablet.
therapistic is a home for printable therapeutic workbooks, built for working on your own. The idea came from real life.
Most of us know the feeling: something has been quietly weighing on us for a while. We notice it, but getting to therapy is harder than it sounds, for all kinds of reasons.
That's where these workbooks come from: tools for working on your own, at your own pace, with clear explanations and the right questions to help you reach your own insights.
Each workbook takes one area from the world of therapy and translates it into practical tools that can help you understand yourself and choose your next step.
Tola is the illustrated character you'll meet in therapistic's videos. She is the calm part of you that notices what's happening before you react. The workbooks themselves are written by Liat Golan, a psychotherapist. Tola is not a therapist, and the PDF workbooks are self-guided: you, a pen, and the exercises.
By whatever topic is on your mind right now: anxiety, ADHD, or your relationship.
On paper, or on a tablet or computer. Every exercise is explained in plain language.
The workbook stays yours. Return, fill it in again, and see what's changed.

All three workbooks · $31My own path, personal and professional, taught me that there's another way. In my practice I meet many people who reach out only when things have already piled up, simply because they didn't know where to start. We put off getting help for all kinds of reasons, and in the meantime, there's a lot you can do on your own, with the right tools.
Inner work is the heart of every process, whether it happens in a therapy room or at home, at your own pace. Sometimes we want help getting unstuck and seeing things from another angle, and therapy knows how to light that path. But there's plenty you can do first, on your own.
The tools in these workbooks come from years of clinical work: practical tools from my practice, ones I lean on myself. I believe self-understanding is where every path starts, and that anyone can start it.
